How To Use
1. Attach the detachable main strap on the left or the right buckle, depending on the affected shoulder
2. Place the brace on your shoulder
3. Close the bicep strap lightly to help you secure the brace. You will tighten it properly later
4. Reach around your back and grab the main strap. Pull it through the loop, adjust the brace position if needed.
Tighten both straps to get the best feel and stability
5. Tighten the pocket for increased stability. You can also use the pocket for a hot/cold gel pack (sold separately)

Product Care
Please follow our washing instructions for the best results and longevity.
Washing
• You may machine wash your Shoulder Brace, but hand washing is recommended and may help extend the life of your product
• Machine wash in cold/cool water (~ 86°F), using the gentle or delicate cycle setting
• Ensure that velcro tabs are secured and not hanging loose or attached to the knit, which can snag and cause runs in the fabric. Mesh washing bag is recommended
• Wash using any regular laundry detergent with no additives (do no use fabric softeners)
Drying
• Lay your support flat to air dry, do not hang it to dry as it may stretch out
• Do not dry in a dryer. It may compromise the fabric
Warranty
Your Sparthos product is covered by a free from manufacturing defects warranty for 12 months. Normal wear and tear during the usage of the product is not considered a defect.

Bicep strap is made for smaller arms, so strap is very tight on my arm, however overall the support on the shoulder is great

It was uncomfortable when I first used it, but it became more comfortable as I kept using it.
Sometimes hot pack slip and fall out of the pockets of the product.
I think it would be nice to make hot packs of non-slip material and sell it together to prevent that from happening.
I had rotator cuff surgery on both shoulders more than 12 years ago. I have been using a shoulder brace intermittently for the past few years as well as having shots in both shoulders about every four months. This shoulder brace is superior to the ones I have been using because it fits better and it seems to be more heavy duty and comfortable at the same time; it has the added bonus of being recommended to wear while I sleep. This will be especially good for me since I experience much of the discomfort in the morning after having slept part of the night on my shoulder. I expect to use this brace more frequently for the reasons mentioned above.

This brace really works for me. I can finally get some sleep. Easy to set up very comfortable. As I said earlier it works great on my rotator cuff.

Recovering from right shoulder surgery due to a complete rotator cuff separation. I was in a sling for 3 weeks. Still had pain, but once I put this on, the pain was drastically reduced. This device is absolutely great!!! I recommend this to anyone suffering from shoulder pain.
